A minimum participation of three days with priority given to seven to ten day stays

About the Retreat

• There will be a morning and evening meditation followed by a talk
• Daily private, pond side, wood fired sauna
• Scheduled private time in the studio for individual practices
• Miles of walking trails on the sixty-acre facility bordering a one thousand acre state forest
• Optional daily whirling class
• Optional private interviews for people staying more than three days
• Because all rooms are private, there is limited space so please reserve early
